MY CAR IS IDLING AT 1000RPMS THEN IT WILL GO UP TO 2500RPMS THEN BACK DOWN TO 1000 AGAIN AND AGAIN CAN U TELL ME WHAT U THINK IT IS. PLEASE HELP

It could be a leak on the intake maifold gasket. If the check engine light is on, have someone retrieve the codes and see if they point you in direction of a vaccuum leak. Sometimes the the intake manifold gasket, when bad, will make a whistle type sound.
