I have the truck listed above k1500 4x4 v8. When it gets warmed up and I come to a stop, I take my foot off of the gas and it starts to stall when I tap the brake it smooths out. I changed the IAC valve, the TPS, the coolant temperature switch, but there are no check engine lights. Could the problem be the lack of O2 sensors? When I bought the truck it had straight pipes so I put a muffler on to give the engine back pressure. I took off the throttle body and got a rebuild kit and cleaned the heck out of it replacing all of the gaskets. I am at a loss for words. Any more ideas?

Put a tee in a vacuum line and check the vacuum. Run the gauge inside so you can watch it while you're driving. Watch the gauge and see if it is fluctuating or low. While you're driving. We can start here thank you for using two-car pros.
