2006 Other Saab Models clicking noise

2006 Other Saab Models V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 62k miles
I have a 06 saab 97x and just had front brakes/rotors replaced as well as wheel hub/bearing assembly. i was told i also should have the drive belt tensioner and alternator drive belt replaced. i am hearing a clicking noise with each revolution of the engin when just sitting or driving so i'm assuming its not brake related. Any thoughts suggestions? thank you. Jason
