1993 SAAB 9000 Repair Question

1993 Saab 9000 Hard to Start and stay started
Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Saab 9000 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 164000 miles
My car labor when it start, when it does start it does not stay started. As long as you give it gas it will not go into limp Mode. But when it is running it is running fine but the TCS lite stay on some time also. the other at the thorttle body you hear some sort of vacuum displacement. could you give me some suggustions please.
