Engine Cooling problem
1991 Saab 9000 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 179000 miles
the cooling fan does not turn, any suggestions on what the problem maybe or the first course of action to take, I have purchased a new thermostat but have not installed it yet, should that be my fist try?

FIRST GET THE FAN RESISTOR CHECKED & THE FUSES FOR ENGINE COOLING FAN MOTOR ,DOES YOUR A/C FAN MOTOR WORKS .
