1996 SAAB 900 engine replacement

Can I put a 4 cyl. Turbo motor in a 900s that has a bad non turbo motor in it now. I have a spare turbo motor, and if I put the computer form the car that has the turbo in it, will that work?

Thank you for the donation.

Yes it can work but the wireharness and many other components need to be transferred as well. Air cleaners, hoses etc would be different.
