Rear window won't go down

2004 Saab 9-5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 41000 miles
Good day,
The rear passenger window will not go down via the front console button, but it will go down using the door button itself. Could it be as simple as a fuse? And if so, where are they located & which one needs to be replaced?

It's more likly to be a made in Mexico master switch(driver's Door) Problem.
