2001 Saab 9-5 water damage
Engine problem
2001 Saab 9-5 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98500 miles
I stalled out on a flooded roadway, last night. What should I expect for damage? Will I need extensive work done by SAAB mechanic or will it be a simple job that a nearby general mechanic can cure?
I was pushed out of the water after 5 minutes it was about 2 1/2 ft. deep, another car came by and splashed water up over the side of the car and on to the hood before I stalled. When I turn the key it just gives a sort of clunking noise, doesn't turn over at all.
