Electrical problem
2001 Saab 9-5 4 cyl Automatic 86,000 miles

An intermitten problem. The car starts first time but not always the second or third. No turnover but the radio and lights work. battery and batter cable just replaced by the dealer, thought this was the problem. not
two mechanics uggest that it is the anti theft device, but dealer doubts it
is there something i can do to test whether the anti theft device is preventing the car from starting?
any other suggestions?
