2000 Saab 9-5 FUSES FOR DIRECTIONAL SIGNAL

Electrical problem
2000 Saab 9-5 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 127000 miles

THE 7.5 AMP FUSE FOR THE DIRECTIONAL SIGNAL KEEPS BLOWING AS SOON AS I REPLACE IT. THE TURN SIGNALS DO NOT WORK. WHAT CAN CAUSE THIS? DO I NEED TO CHECK THE BULBS IN THE FRONT AND REAR TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN PROPERLY OR IS IT A MORE LIKELY BIGGER PROBLEM?

you've got bigger problems.

You will have to do a visual inspection of the wires, Looking for a wire that is shorted to ground.
