Blower for heat & air conditioning does n
Heater problem
1999 Saab 9-5 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
the car fan that blows air for the heating & air conditioning does not work. AC & heat appears to work but fan doesn't push the air through. If the car is moving some cool air will flow, but doesn't work at all if car is stopped.

u may need a fan speed control unit or a fan motor assembly ,test fan motor with 12v power & gnd ,if motor works than it is the fan speed control unit .
