The breaks squeak when I first apply normal braking but go away as I continue to hold the breaks. I do not know if its the master cylinder or the front or rear break that produce the noise. What could this noise be?

Brake squeal is a symptom of the vibration generated by the brake pad contacting with the rotor and the caliper.

Try replacing the brake pads and go from the there-brake rotors might need resurfacing
