my brothers rover gsi will not start the engine turns ok and the spark plugs spark and the petrol tank is nealy half but it wont start the imobiliser is fine any sugestins would be greatfull

check inertia fuel cut off switch .. under centre of dash behind radio holder .. check fuel pump fuse and fuel pump which is under the back seat
