2003 Rover 45 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 46000 miles
wont idle when cold ok when warmed up
had new head gasket recent garage unable to solve .
no faults showing on emu

Replace the air filter .. have the technician check the IAC (idle air control) valve/solonoid is working correctly .. also check for any vacuum leaks
