2002 Rover 45 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 85000 miles
i need to know how to check the tranmission fluid for the gearbox . There is no power ,only a slight bit in reverse .

I would have a transmission repair centre inspect the fluid ... sounds like the TCC (torque convertor clutch) needs replacing !
