1998 Rover 4 Series overheating
Engine Cooling problem
1998 Rover 4 Series 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 70000 miles
engine overheating, no leaks visible, no sign of oil in coolant or gunge around oil filler. coolant is being forced back thrugh expansion tank when engine running.
Grateful for any suggestions.

have the cylinders compression tested .. suspect headgasket failure .. a common fault on rover vehicles ...you could also check/replace the water pump !!
