where is the fuel pump located?

Hi there,

I am fairly sure that they are an SU type in line electric pump, I know the earlier pumps are under the car on the R/H/S have look there.

The 82 Spur Fuel pump is not- in the tank

it is an inline electric pump located adjacent to the tank ( right rear )

please note the well known problem with the fuel pump fuse ( # 13 ) and its normal aftermarket replacement ( a breaker ) check the fuse board located in the drop down panel under the glove box - ( press the button on the far right panel )
