Car will not go in reverse and is slow to accelerate

My car won't go into reverse and when I pull off it's slow at first then gains speed. But when going into 2 it's slow then speeds up.

Did you check the fluid level? I would start there.

Beyond that, when was the last time you change the fluid? It is a once a year service.
