Replaced 02 sensor(Bank1 sensor1) and CMP

Replaced both items and I still have the same codes showing up on the CEL. Went back to Autozone to have the codes cleared they said it could take a few days for the system to relearn the parameters of new sensors. Is this true? I though if they ERASED the codes and the items were replaced the CEL would not appear again.

Some sensors and repairs do require a relearn time period. Keep in mind, the part itself may not have been the problem. If the light doesn't go out on its own after a day or two of driving, chances are there is a different problem.
