2006 Renault Scenic 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 18563 miles

i have just had a diagnostics to this car with the result
of p0340 camsensor circuit and p0010 camshaft dephaser circuit could you tell me what this means
as i,m no good with the insides of cars.
