2000 Renault Scenic Transmission problem

I need help on the cause of auto disconnection on the car during normal drive. The car disconnects and the shows the auto amber light and power is lost and dont know why this happens. Any light on this?

The vehicle will need to be plugged into renault diagnostic software or equivalent to locate the exact cause of the fault .. the light is telling you there is a fault code stored on the cars computer memory .. the code will give a technician an indication of what the fault is !!
