I got stuck in flood water
the engine runs but there is a loud knocking noise and ther seems to be water in the oil gadge

Hi there,

you may have done some damage to the internals of the engine, I would have all the fluids drained and replace all the filters, have a compression test done and get the oil pressure tested as well, start here.
