2005 Renault Megane 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 105,00 miles
I'm getting a beeping noise when I start the car. no warning lights are on and its just had a service. driving no problem. the mechanic that serviced it dont mind it, as long as it does'nt beep when your driving.

There could be numerous reasons for the beep ... you need to have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic scanner (computer) to locate the cause !!!
The cars computer is telling you there is a fault somewhere .. it could be door ajar switch/coolant sensor/battery low or numerous other sensors !!
