There will be a set sequence for inputting the code ... you need to look in your owners manual or contact a renault dealer for instruction's for the sequence !!

hope this helps

Double check you are inputting the sequence correctly .. you may have to press another button before inputting the code ... you could also contact the repair centre to find out what they did to lose the code and ask them to put it right ... they made the mistake of not using a backup system to keep your memory stored, it is down to them to repair it ... your next option is a renault dealer ..

hope this helps

Thanks Dave

RADIO now works but beeps every 3 seconds as described in the manual but screen is still blank
Garage will be looking at the car this Friday but until then is there a chance that they could have loosened a connection as they had to change the turbo and intercooler as the display is connected to the ignition

Hey Rocque10

The connector for the display is at the rear of the dash .. and goes to the fuse box !! they cannot have disturbed this connector while changeing the turbo which is in the engine compartment !!.. they could have blew a fuse (it may have it's own seperate fuse, I do not have a wiring diagram i'm afraid).... renault models a renowned for electrical problems have them check the connector and all fuses, ...at the end of the day it was working when it went into the garage and now it is not !! it is their responsibilty to repair it or replace it if they have blew the display ..also ask them if they had to jump start the vehicle at any time ..this can cause damage to electrical systems on this vehicle if not done correctly ??

hope this helps ... let me know
