1999 Renault Kangoo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have just bought a renault kangoo 1900diesel van on a t reg in the last week it was leaking from the thermostat housing, i replaced the thermostat housing and the theromstat but now in the last two days i have burst two pipes one from the radiator to the thermostat (top) and also one from the thermostat going into the heating matrix (botton one) why is thid happening? to me there seems to be pressure building up i have also noticed that the radiator fan has never kicked in the temprture gage goes to 3 quater

check the fan fuse .. test the fan motor .. test/replace the engine temperature sensor as this controls cooling fan operation

hello
i have a 2003 kangoo there is a pressure build up
1)maybe your radiator is clogged
2)remove the thermostat and place it in hot boiling water see if it openes
3) whitout the theremostat check if the radiator is hot at diferent places mostly it should be at top
4) change the pipies they are old and dry and should not burst at any cost

by the way do u know where is the egr sensor
do u have the manual
