Hi I have a renult clio 1.4 rt which has been stood for nearly 2 yrs ive changed the oil, filter, coolant, then started it up but the temp went right up and the fan seems real stiff is it the themastat and where abouts is it

Thermostat is located on the engine at the end of the top radiator hose. Replace thermostat and check/flush for blockages in the cooling system also check the water pump is not seized up !
