Rear wheel bearings

I have had to replace my rear wheel bearings 3 times in tge last week. In one day the bearings will fail why? I packed the bearings and drum centers. New drums brakes and hard wear. Are my spindles warped?

Did you over do the pre load when adjusting?

There is no preload. They are a solid one piece bearing. I fixed it. My spacers where damaged so I had to. Order new ones from the dealer.
