Radio wont turn on. Power windows and sun roof dont work.

As far as fuse circuit basics, you not only check applicable fuse, you check for voltage on the fuse circuit. Use a test lite or digital multimeter to check for voltage at the fuse.

Some makes and models, if you lose battery voltage, it can cause system related problems. Sometimes you have to do a relearn or reprogram on those system problems. I haven't looked at your wiring yet?

To add, you have a central control locking module that may have an issue with the systems you mentioned. I have no way to communicate with that module. Your local dealership should have info and equipment to communicate with that module.

About all I can do from here is talk about the fuse basics. The relearn in our database said to just drive the vehicle, in time everything may relearn, not much help. That maybe just for drivability issues and not accessory issues?
