R33 engine shakes after engine wash

Hi, I have an r33 gts (non turbo ) 1996 manual,
So what happened is, as I was working on the Car engine, once I finished I sprayed the engine with a bit of water to clean, and now the car keeps shaking every time I turn it on, sometimes it doesn't turn on. (The arpm goes Down and up ) so I checked the spark plugs if they wet, they not, I bought a new throttle sensor, still didn't work, so what could be the problem? Thanks
