Recently bought my Silverado 1500 LTZ and I applied my E break for the first time the other day, but when I did sparks came out when it went down. I didn't think anything of it until the day after that happened that my adjustable pedal and both powered seats do not work. I hear the seats make a noise when I hit all the buttons but nothing happens. I didn't know if I accidentally cut a wire with the E break or if I blew a fuse or something. Please help.

You probably blew a fuse but check to see if any wires are in the way of the parking brake pedal.

Would you possibly know which fuse it is cause I have actually looked at the wires and they seemed fine but then I looked at the fuses I was told to check from other sites and the fuses looked perfectly fine.

Normally with the fuses use a test light to check them they should light up both sides with key on. Fuse 38 and one chart sys 39 or EAP fuse under hood and power seats circuit breaker 1 &2 in dash fuse panel. However the fuse for EAP may power up both and if it still doesn't work have it scanned as it may have damaged the body module
