2006 Other Porsche Models irregular clunk on acceleration

Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2006 Other Porsche Models 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 35000 miles

I've got an irregular clunk somewhere in the rear of the car on acceleration (transmission/engine/axle area).

It only happens if I am coasting in 2nd/3rd applying no gas at all, and then I jab the throttle, I get a pretty loud "clunk". (though only maybe 25% of the time).

There's no clunk when turning or going over bumps or braking, only on sudden acceleration from coasting.

Sure sounds liek it could be a mount problem.Odd that it only does it 25% of the time.Have you got under it an pryed on the mounts a little to see if any are torn?
