HIGH IDLE, REPLACING SENSORS? ECU

1997 Pontiac Transport

Computer problem
1997 Pontiac Transport V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 116500 miles

My 97 Pontiac Montana is after warm up idles at 2,800 rpms. I had it scanned and the codes said MAF Sensor and 2 missing cylinders. Replaced MAF and plugs and wires. Also replaced the idle spd control but it is still idling high. Could it be the ECU, how can I tell? Or vacuum leak?
