1997 Pontiac Transport high idle, replacing sensors? ECU

My 97 Pontiac Montana is after warm up idles at 2,800 rpms. I had it scanned and the codes said MAF Sensor and 2 missing cylinders. Replaced MAF and plugs and wires. Also replaced the idle spd control but it is still idling high. Could it be the ECU, how can I tell? Or vacuum leak?
