Alternator nosie with engine off

1996 Pontiac Trans Am V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 96000 miles
I put my 96 5.7 and auto tranny and PCM in my 93 ta the wire are right its a little buzzing sound from alternator not the air pump, you have 2 put your ear up 2 it 2 hear it. It's like there's power feeding back into it and help?
