Things to do for a underdriven car

Hi,

I have a 95 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cylinder with 35,000 miles on it. Is it time to change the transmission fluid or do a tune up?

when you say it is undriven , how long has it sat? if the car has sat for some time, would recommend putting gas stabilizer in the gas, the transmission fluid should be ok as long as it does not have a burnt smell, if the car runs all right then a tune up could be done after it has been driven for a little while, with a car that sits the thing that usually goes bad is the gas, check for a smell like a varnish smell.
