I replaced the water pump and my air conditioning is isn't working, is this related to replacement of the water pump?

I'm not sure of the litre size of your engine? I can't see how replacing the water pump would effect the ac, as long as the belt was routed properly. I guess it is possible the compressor might have got water all over it?
