Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Pontiac Sunbird 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles
If I just replace the solenoid on the starter will this cure the problem of when I go to start it the starter justs whinnes

If its making a humming noise and not engaging the engine replace the starter the overrunning clutch is slipping-
