2002 Pontiac Solstice I think it's possessed!

Electrical problem
2002 Pontiac Solstice 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 127701 miles

Driving down the road Sat. evening with only daytime running lights the van was fine, as soon as the headlights sensor turned the headlights on the traction control service light turned on and the traction control off came on the left turn signal works fine when no brakes are applied but as soon as you put on the brakes it makes the noise that the bulb is blown (which it is no) , also when applying the brakes both turn signal lights light up. This will only happen when the headlights are running, that is why I am thinking it is electrical. Can someone help as to where to start on this? Thank you, Jen
