84 pontiac parisienne Cruise control and heater problem
I'm having a problem with my 84 pontiac station wagon with a 305 H vin motor.
When I first start the car I can set the heat to vent and it will work, but within a minute or so it will automatically switch to defrost. I hear a creaking sound when this happens. The cruise control has also stopped working. One of the vacuum hoses to the cruise control collapsed a while back and I replaced it. That solved that problem until the heater thing started and now the cruise control won't work. Any advice on repairing the problem? Thanks,
