2001 Pontiac Other Repair Question

2001 Other Pontiac Models wiper motor buzzes,dr./s lock buzz
of these problems at same time, wipers don't work at all, door lock buzzes whenever car is started or when wiper or light switches are turned on, also no hi-beams when switch is activated but have regular drive lights and park lights. any suggestions?
