Sunbird 2.0l ohc tbi wont start when cold

I have a 1990 pontiac sunbird. It will run fine all day until it sits and then when it is cold it won't start. It usually takes about 10 mins to start and all day its fine. The computer states there are no problems. Yesterday I cleaned the throttle body, fixed some vacuum leaks, and replaced the engine coolant temp sensor. And this morning it still wont start. Upon further inspection, i noticed on cold start up there is no fuel coming out of the injector. I can hear the fuel pump whirring, but there is no fuel coming out of the injector. When the car is warm, i can see fuel coming out of the injector upont start up. This is starting to be a pain...im just looking for some insight before i begine wasting money and changing sensors...thanx
