My brake ligths are stuck pull the fuse & they stay on

Pulling the fuse has to disconnect the brake light's circuit so obviously you're not removing the correct fuse. The main issue is most likely a faulty brake light switch though.

I did take out the rigth fuse --there is a short somwhere ---- it something to do with my keypass the fuse there was blown & my warning ligth was on ! When I put a new fuse in the brake ligths come on & stay on until I remove the fuse -
