I can't find the means to get the old battery out. I removed the fender brace and the + & - terminals. But the old battery still wont budge. I can't find where it is clamped to the battery box/plate. Can you help me out?

Remove and reposition the underhood electrical center.

Remove the front end sheet metal diagnol brace.

Remove the battery ground cable from the battery.

Remove the battery positive cable from the battery.

Remove the battery hold down retainer

Remove the battery and battery unsulator.

I believe you are missing the hold down retainer. There should be a bolt attaching the hold down retainer to the battery tray. The retainer is what is keeping your battery held in place.
