While driving I hear and feel a grinding noise coming from the frontend. The rate of the grinding changes with the speed and is not present when stopped. The pitch (sound) changes when I turn (Turn right pitch is higher, turn left pitch is softer).

Could this be a wheel bearing going bad?

05-23-08 It was, replaced hub assembly, no more problem.
