MY ABS AND TRACK OFF LIGHT COMES ON EVERY SO OFTEN. IT DOESN'T COME ON ALL THE TIME BUT WHEN IT DOES IT IS ALWAYS WHEN I HAVE BEEN DRIVING FOR A WHILE. COULD THIS JUST BE A SENSOR ISSUE? ALSO MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK BUT THE DRIVER SIDE WIPER WILL GO ALL THE WAY OFF MY WINDSHILD AND END UP ON MY SIDE MIRROR. DO I NEED A NEW ARM BECAUSE THE ARM IS STRIPPED OR IS IT SOMETHING ELSE?

You would need to have the car scanned with a chassis scanner. This will give you the likely "C" code produced by the ABS system. Autoparts stores usually only scan "P" codes (powertrain).
Could be as simple as a loose wheel sensor connector.

The wiper could be a stripped wiper arm, or the wiper transmission under the cowl, but I would suspect the wiper arm is stripped, on a car that is only 5 years old.
