2000 Pontiac Grand Prix Chirping noise

2000 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 204000 miles
The idle pulley, the belt, and the tensioner have all been replace on my car yet it still makes a chirping noise. The tensioner was replaced a month after the belt. If the tensioner was loose could that have messed the new belt up and should a new belt be put on? I have read where it could be bearings. How do you narrow it down to which bearing??
