1998 Pontiac Grand Prix temp.
We just replaced the radiator and the thermostat in a 1998 grand prix, but the temp. still goes up? What should the normal temp. be. It is not leaking any fluids any place?? Could the water pump be bad?

170-210 degrees is what it should be.
if you have too much rich a mixture then the coolant wont properly cool.
water pump could be bad, so could the engine be running lean or bad igniiton timing can cause that to happen.
you might have to flush the radiator and clean out its fins.
