The heater fan, on my 1997 pontiac grand prix with 93000 miles, only works on high and the driver information center light goes dim or out in lower setting. I think it might be the resistors. Where are they located?

I think it is the resistors, where are they located?
This is a 1997 pontica grand prix with 93000 miles.
