It sounds like you may have a bad turn signal sw but I really don't know. It's an odd symptom. Do the light still flash on the car??

the lights still flash and everything, it just makes the clicking noise after I turn them off. Sometimes it makes the noise and sometimes it does not. It is very wierd and the clicking noise is very annoying.

Take off the under dash panel and see if you can determine where the clicking is coming from. Check the fuse panel and see if you hear a click from the 2 circuit breakers in the fuse box. Look and listen carefully, that is what i would do if i was doing the work. let me know
