Pontiac Grand Am Repair Question

Startting problems
I have a 92 grand am wheen i turn the key on i get no dash lites or buzzers it will crank over but i have no power to the dash fule pump coil this as hapend 4 or 5 times now some times just wat a secont some times i need to wate a day then it will start iv cheacked the fuises battery and almost all the conetions but nothing what could it be
