Rear High Center Brake Light

How do you change the bulb in the High Center Rear Brake Light on a 1995 Grand Am? I'm unsure how to dis-engage the plastic mount. Or does it come loose at all?

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Pull the center high-mount stop lamp cover to disengage the retaining tabs. Unfasten the lamp retaining screws.
Remove the sockets using a suitable prybar to release the retaining tabs.
Detach the bulbs from their sockets.
Using a suitable prybar to release the tabs, remove the lamp lens
